How does Trade25 work?

Trade25 is a movement that’s revolutionising the way we buy our trade goods & services.Via the T25 app, members enjoy trade discounts on premium products via our trade partners.Its as simple as heading into store picking out your goods, generating your discount code and paying T25 price.We negotiate exclusive trade pricing with our partners and lock against the T25 account. So you don’t need to second guess your trade purchases any longer.

Is Trade 25 free to use?

Yes, Trade 25 is completely free for users.

Can I use Trade 25 without creating an account?

While browsing trade partners is possible without an account, you’ll need to create an account to redeem offers and exclusive member discounts, remember its free.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Simply open the T25 app, You will see the forgot my password prompt on the home screen. Simply tap and follow the prompts.

How do I find discounts on Trade25?

Users can search for suppliers based on categories and locations. When logged in you will be able to generate exclusive discount codes to receive your T25 price.

How do I redeem a discount?

Can I use multiple discounts at the same store?

In most cases, our discounts are not limited you can simply purchase as little or as much as you like. Please check the terms and conditions for each of our providing partners.

How do you choose your partnering stores?

We have partnered with a variety of stores to offer diverse discounts. If you have a specific store in mind, let us know, and we’ll consider adding it to our network.

Can I suggest a store to be added to Trade25?

Yes, we welcome suggestions! Feel free to use the contact us page of our website to recommend a store to list.

I’m experiencing technical issues with the app. What should I do?

Is my payment information safe?

There is no payment details currently stored or required to utilise T25. All payments are taken directly by our trade partners at store level.
